We recommend booking at least 2 weeks before your show. Popular shows and peak season (spring/fall) fill up fast, so earlier is always better. For last-minute requests, contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What areas do you serve?
We currently provide services at shows in Colorado, California, Idaho, Oklahoma, and Florida. If your show is in a different state, reach out anyway—we’re always expanding our coverage.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the number of stalls, show duration, and services selected. After you submit a request, we’ll send you a detailed quote within 24-48 hours. No hidden fees, no surprises.
What happens if I need to cancel?
We understand show plans change. Cancellations made 72+ hours before the show start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 50% fee. See our Terms of Use for full details.
Do you offer services for single-day events?
Absolutely. We handle everything from weekend clinics to multi-week circuits. Our service model is flexible—tell us what you need and we’ll make it work.
How do I know my horses are in good hands?
Our team members are experienced with horses and trained specifically for show environments. We follow consistent protocols for every stall, and you can always reach us during the show if you have questions or concerns.
