  • Collisions with other equines, equipment, vehicles, or objects
  • Hazards in stabling, arena, or showground conditions, including footing, weather, and crowding
  • The actions, negligence, or inexperience of other people, horses, or animals not under our control

By booking or using any service through Equenele, you, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, and your representatives, agree as follows:

You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from or connected to your use of our services, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. State-specific notices

WARNING: Under Colorado law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to section 13-21-119, Colorado Revised Statutes.

WARNING: Under Florida law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.

California clients: California does not have an Equine Activity Liability Act. There is no statutory limitation on liability for equine-related injuries in California, which means this release is the primary protection in place for services performed there, and you should read it carefully before booking.
